Roc Compliance For Limited Liability Partnerships

Every LLP registered in India is required to comply with the compliance stated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Registrar of Companies (ROC) for its smooth functioning. Due to this, every LLP must file the below-given forms to ROC & Income Tax Return on an annual basis.

o Annual Return Form 11.
o Statement of Accounts & Solvency Form 8.
o Filing of Income Tax Returns.

FILING OF FORM 8: – STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT AND SOLVENCY

  • It consists the information related to statement of assets and liabilities of LLP and statement of income and expenditure of LLP.
  • It should be filed within 30 days from end of 6 months of end of financial year i.e., by 30th October of each financial year.
  • Digitally signed designated partners and certified by chartered accountant or company secretary of LLP.

FILING OF FORM 11: – ANNUAL RETURN

  • It consists the details of all the partners, their contributions etc. towards the LLP.
  • Must be digitally signed by designated partners of LLP and get certified the same from company secretary whole time in practice and due date for filing the same is 30th May.

DIR-3 Web KYC

  • Every partner of LLP is required to verify their KYC through MCA every year. Due date of for filing of same is 30th September.
